About the role

Join a fast‑paced bakery in Edinburgh as a Multi‑Skilled Operative, supporting the production of some of the UK’s most loved biscuits. You will work across a range of activities, from operating machinery to preparing finished goods for distribution, while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and support a variety of production machinery and packing equipment.
• Monitor production processes to maintain product consistency and quality.
• Accurately complete production documentation and records.
• Assist with the safe handling, movement and packaging of finished products.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse and support teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing, logistics or similar fast‑paced environments.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Positive attitude towards learning new skills and taking ownership of tasks.
• Flexibility to work across different operational areas and shift patterns.
