About the role

We are seeking a reliable Multi‑Trade Technician to join our Direct Repairs team in Bow, London. The role involves delivering high‑quality plumbing and carpentry repairs across East London and Essex, using a company van and adhering to first‑time‑fix targets.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing and carpentry maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties.
• Travel to various sites in East London and Essex, ensuring punctual arrivals.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently to meet first‑time‑fix criteria.
• Maintain clear communication with residents and internal teams to enhance satisfaction.
• Use company‑provided tools and van responsibly, adhering to health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a plumber or carpenter.
• Full UK driving licence (no more than six points) and at least two years driving experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a “one team” ethos.
