Music Teacher (QTS)

About the role
Prospero Teaching is recruiting qualified Music Teachers to work across secondary schools and academies throughout the Midlands. The role involves delivering practical and theory‑based Music lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with occasional Key Stage 5 opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and teach Music curriculum for Key Stages 3, 4 and, where available, 5.
- Deliver both practical and theoretical lessons, supporting student performances.
- Contribute to extracurricular ensembles such as choirs, bands, ensembles and school productions.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and strong Music subject knowledge.
- Effective classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS.
