Nail Technician (Part‑time)

About the role

Join Superdrug’s beauty team in Newton Mearns as a part‑time Nail Technician. You will deliver professional nail treatments and advice, ensuring an excellent in‑store experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic applications.
• Provide professional advice on nail care and product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in line with health and safety standards.
• Upsell additional services such as piercings and retail products.
• Participate in in‑house training sessions with the Mylee brand.

Required profile

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy, Nail Technology or an equivalent qualification.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and staying up‑to‑date with beauty trends.
• Confident communication skills and ability to recommend treatments.

Required skills

• Manicure and pedicure techniques.
• Gel and acrylic nail application.
• Basic piercing procedures (training provided).
