National Account Executive – HORECA

About the role

We are seeking a motivated National Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of key contract catering accounts across the UK. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers and internal teams, delivering innovative solutions and driving profitable growth in the HORECA sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a national portfolio of hospitality and catering accounts.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities and secure new business wins.
• Support tenders, menu development and key product/category initiatives.
• Ensure excellent service delivery from first contact through to fulfilment.
• Produce reports, forecasts and presentations to track and communicate progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or sales within catering, foodservice or related commercial sectors.
• Strong understanding of commercial kitchens and operational challenges in catering environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
• Proactive, organised and commercially minded with an eye for detail.
• Comfortable working independently on the road and collaboratively with wider teams.
• Resilient and adaptable with a drive to spot and seize opportunities.
