National Account Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Maternity Cover)

About the role
The UK National Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth across ICONIC London's retail partnerships in the UK. This 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover role reports to the Head of UK & EMEA and focuses on commercial performance, strategic planning, and execution.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver budgeted sales, profit and growth targets across UK retail accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise commercial opportunities and market share.
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, promotional plans, merchandising opportunities and annual business agreements.
- Drive sell‑in and sell‑out performance through strong retailer partnerships.
- Monitor account performance, forecast accurately and implement recovery plans when needed.
- Deliver successful product launches and seasonal activities that maximise sales and retailer engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailer commercial, marketing, digital, merchandising, supply chain and store teams.
- Conduct regular business reviews and present recommendations to improve performance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in beauty retail account management.
- Track record of delivering sales targets and growing market share.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management abilities.
