National Account Manager – eCommerce (FMCG)

About the role

As the eCommerce National Account Manager you will drive profitability and growth for a market‑leading FMCG brand across its online channels. Working primarily from home with occasional visits to the Bracknell office, you will own key digital accounts such as Amazon and Tesco, shaping joint business plans and delivering results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic eCommerce accounts (e.g., Amazon, Tesco)
• Negotiate and agree Joint Business Plans with online retailers
• Plan and execute promotional activity, new product launches and spend management
• Accurately forecast volume and value, and own P&L performance
• Track competitor activity and optimise digital shelf share
• Deliver channel plans for grocery and pharmacy categories
• Report to the Global eCom Director and maintain a dotted‑line relationship with the UK Country Manager

Required profile

• Proven experience in the FMCG sector
• Strong eCommerce background, preferably managing Amazon or Tesco accounts
• Previous role as a National Account Manager or Account Executive
