National Account Manager – Hybrid – West Midlands

About the role

Corriculo Ltd is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join its pet accessories and treats business. Working on a hybrid model (one day per week in the West Midlands office), you will manage a portfolio of grocery and related retail customers across the UK and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of grocery and retail accounts, delivering sales, margin and distribution targets for both branded and own‑label ranges.
• Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with customer priorities and company objectives.
• Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, promotional programmes and annual terms.
• Analyse data, category management insights and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with retail buying teams and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a National Account Manager in FMCG or the pet category, managing major grocery retail accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing profitable sales.
• Confidence working with data, category management principles and customer insight.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, able to juggle competing priorities.
