National Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated National Account Manager to join our fast‑moving consumer goods team. You will own relationships with national retail accounts, driving growth for both licensed brands and own‑label products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of national retail accounts and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Develop tailored solutions based on customer needs and market trends.
• Design and execute account‑specific sales strategies to increase market share.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions, campaigns and in‑store activations.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify new growth opportunities.
• Work with finance to report performance and improve profitability.
• Negotiate contracts and terms aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a National Account Manager or similar sales role in consumer goods or retail.
• Experience with licensed brands is highly desirable.
• Strong track record of managing national accounts with turnover responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially focused with solid financial acumen and data analysis capability.
• Passion for product and brand development in the retail sector.
