National Account Manager – Wholesale & Convenience

About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a National Account Manager – Wholesale & Convenience to join the Cereal Partners Sales team. Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, you will drive share growth in defined customers by building strong relationships and using insight‑driven strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Full management and accountability of the Customer P&L.
• Lead Customer Joint Business Plan (JBP) to accelerate performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage trade spend, advertising budgets and temporary price promotions while investigating escalated deductions.
• Own the internal Monthly Business Planning cycle, ensuring accurate CRM alignment and trade spend management.
• Build winning relationships through effective stakeholder management, both internal and external.
• Collaborate with the Activation team to deliver added value, including digital activation and customer plans.

Required profile

• Proven success in FMCG sales with a strong focus on delivering results.
• Passion for building high‑value customer relationships and strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent influencing and persuasive communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• P&L knowledge and experience managing trade‑spend budgets.
• Strong organisational skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
