National Contracts Manager

About the role

Flogas is seeking a National Contracts Manager to lead consultative selling across its SME customer portfolio. You will manage existing accounts, secure new business, and promote renewable energy solutions as the company moves toward a net‑zero future.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service and account management for SME clients.
• Retain customers while meeting profitability KPIs.
• Develop and present bespoke business propositions.
• Close profitable new business opportunities identified by lead generation.
• Ensure smooth transition from sales lead to installation.
• Sell a suite of complete energy solutions, including heat pumps, solar panels, and renewable gases.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with complex, varied customers and industries.
• Strong self‑motivation and time‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and maintain margins.
• Experience in an autonomous, consultative‑selling role.
• Full valid UK driving licence.
