National Sales Account Manager - Hybrid/WFH

About the role

Our client, a leading property maintenance and facilities management business, is seeking a National Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and nurture long‑term client relationships across the UK. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both from home and the office.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver revenue targets and organic growth across assigned national accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and retention.
• Develop and manage a high‑quality pipeline of opportunities, providing accurate forecasting and revenue visibility.
• Gain deep knowledge of each account’s stakeholders and opportunities to drive commercial objectives.
• Lead cross‑sell and up‑sell initiatives across divisions and service lines to maximise customer value.
• Execute commercial strategies and engagement plans set by senior commercial leadership.
• Own the end‑to‑end customer experience, coordinating issue resolution and service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a National Account Manager within property maintenance or facilities management.
• Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and grow existing accounts.
