National Sales Manager – FinTech (UK)

About the role

We are partnering with a market‑leading FinTech company that is transforming how businesses manage their financial operations. As the National Sales Manager you will own the full sales cycle, driving outbound and inbound revenue across the UK and expanding our client base in a fast‑moving SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts and new prospects.
• Identify, qualify and build a robust sales pipeline through cold‑calling, lead generation and networking.
• Deliver product demos and compelling sales pitches both remotely and on‑site.
• Implement cross‑selling and upselling strategies to maximise account value.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and commission objectives.
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments, reporting insights to the team.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial services sales or a related B2B environment.
• Strong track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Self‑starter with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.

Required skills

• Experience selling SaaS solutions.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent role (35 hours/week) based onsite in Norwich.
• Competitive base salary £40,000‑£45,000 per year plus uncapped 5% commission on license sales.
