NEC Housing System Specialist (Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced NEC Housing System Specialist to join our Business Systems team on a 6‑month contract. The role will be based in London with a hybrid working model, providing specialist technical expertise across our housing management applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert technical knowledge of NEC Housing Management systems to support business change initiatives.
• Develop, configure, and implement system changes in line with specifications and requirements.
• Drive the delivery of technical solutions that meet organisational objectives.
• Deliver consultancy to internal stakeholders and third‑party suppliers.
• Manage application upgrades and rollout of new functionality.
• Identify and implement technical and process improvements.
• Offer advice, guidance, and training on application usage.
• Support workload planning and prioritisation for project and BAU activities.

Required profile

• Strong, hands‑on experience with NEC Housing Management systems.
• Proven technical expertise within social housing system environments.
• Ability to work independently in a contractor‑style role.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and consultancy skills.
