About the role
The Neighbourhood Warden role supports Clarion residents by providing a visible, customer‑focused presence that helps reduce anti‑social behaviour and builds community confidence. Working a 36‑hour week on a 2 pm‑10 pm shift, you will patrol local hotspots and act as a liaison between residents and the housing team.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out hotspot patrols to deter anti‑social behaviour and crime.
- Observe, record and report voids, repairs, criminal damage and graffiti.
- Attend court as a professional witness when required.
- Travel across the region as needed and attend a central office once per month.
- Use a company van for work‑related travel.
Required profile
- Experience working with people displaying challenging behaviour.
- Full, valid manual UK driving licence.
- Ability to travel across South East England.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and residence in England or Wales for the contract duration.
- Clear basic criminal record check.

- 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
- Salary £33,581 – £36,389 per annum.
- 36 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 on a rotating schedule.
