NetSuite Business Analyst

About the role

As a NetSuite Business Analyst you will play a key role in Forterro's Lead‑to‑Cash and Finance Transformation Programme. You will work closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, Professional Services, Sales Operations and IT to improve and standardise business processes and deliver scalable NetSuite ERP and ZoneBilling solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, document and optimise Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) and Record‑to‑Report (R2R) processes, including billing, revenue recognition and financial reporting.
• Gather, document and manage business requirements, user stories and functional specifications for NetSuite ERP and ZoneBilling.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations and IT to identify harmonisation opportunities.
• Support data migration, testing (UAT), solution validation and reporting initiatives.
• Contribute to change‑management, training and user‑adoption activities while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 3 years focused on NetSuite implementations and optimisations.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Q2C and R2R processes, including billing, revenue recognition and financial reporting.
• Experience working in Agile environments and supporting finance transformation initiatives in SaaS or subscription‑based organisations.
• Degree in Finance, Business, IT or a related field; accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, lead workshops and drive process standardisation.
