Network Engineer – F5, Palo Alto, SD‑WAN

About the role

We are seeking a Network Engineer to join a global infrastructure team supporting a digital health platform. The role involves maintaining, monitoring and evolving the enterprise network, working closely with architects and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain network hardware, software and connections for optimal performance.
• Configure and deploy switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs and load balancers according to architecture standards.
• Collaborate with architects, security and cloud teams to implement secure, scalable solutions.
• Identify and resolve network bottlenecks, improve efficiency and ensure high availability.
• Maintain detailed network diagrams, runbooks and configuration standards.
• Support security protocol enforcement, patch management and compliance with global frameworks.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and recommend network enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in network administration or engineering.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or equivalent preferred.

Required skills

• Routing and switching (Cisco, F5, Palo Alto).
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN technologies.
• Firewalls, load balancers and network monitoring tools.
• SD‑WAN concepts and implementation.
• Cloud networking experience with AWS.
