Network Voice Engineer – Level 3 (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Network Voice Engineer (Level 3) to join a well‑established technical environment in Gloucester. The role focuses on designing, supporting and improving enterprise voice services while collaborating with a broader network team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Call Manager environments.
• Configure and support Cisco UCCE solutions for contact‑center operations.
• Integrate and manage Microsoft Teams telephony within the enterprise voice infrastructure.
• Participate in on‑call rotation (1‑in‑4) and respond to critical voice incidents.
• Collaborate with wider networking teams on LAN, data networking and firewall projects where relevant.

Required profile

• Proven Level 3 voice engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Ability to clearly explain past voice projects, technologies used and personal contributions.
• Security clearable.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
