New Business Director

About the role

Live Recruitment is seeking a New Business Director to lead growth for its award‑winning global experiential agency. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will shape the agency’s market positioning, win high‑profile opportunities and drive revenue for world‑leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute new‑business strategy and pipeline across existing and new accounts.
• Lead pitches, RFPs and credential responses, creating compelling proposals and strategic presentations.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders and partners.
• Identify growth opportunities and support agency positioning, awards and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across international offices to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new‑business development or pitch leadership within a live‑events, experiential or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of how brands leverage experiences, sponsorship and activations for impact.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
