New Business Fleet Insurance Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated insurance professional to join our specialist fleet division. You will focus on generating new business, building relationships and meeting achievable sales targets within a supportive commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of fleet insurance clients.
• Handle enquiries, identify opportunities and convert leads using a consultative sales approach.
• Win new fleet insurance business and achieve income targets.
• Provide expert advice on fleet insurance products throughout the sales process.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and collaborate with wider commercial insurance teams.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance, preferably fleet insurance or related personal/commercial lines.
• Sales‑focused mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to spot opportunities and convert them into business.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.

Required skills

• Salary up to £32,500 per year (depending on experience).
