New Business Outreach Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive New Business Outreach Executive to drive growth for our communications consultancy. Working under the New Business Director, you will execute an established outbound strategy to generate qualified leads and secure client meetings across corporate reporting, digital, employee engagement and sustainability services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build targeted prospect lists across relevant sectors.
• Conduct cold and warm outreach via email and phone to senior decision‑makers.
• Qualify leads and arrange introductory meetings for the New Business Director and proposition leads.
• Maintain accurate outreach records and pipeline data in Pipedrive.
• Continuously refine messaging and targeting based on response trends.
• Support follow‑up activities and nurture prospects through early pipeline stages.
• Track outreach performance and report on KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new business development, outreach or sales within professional services, communications, consultancy or agency environments.
• Confidence in cold calling and cold emailing senior stakeholders.
• Strong research and prospecting abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with regional outreach teams.

Required skills

• Pipedrive (CRM) for tracking outreach activity.
