New Business Representative – Graduate Opportunity

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all company products and services, including mortgages and loans.
• Respond promptly, accurately and efficiently to customer enquiries received via phone, email or the website.
• Proactively follow up leads generated from marketing activities and the website.
• Handle general administrative tasks and special customer‑related projects.
• Promote products and services to prospective and existing customers and to intermediaries.
• Contact customers to discuss alternative mortgage solutions.

• Confident, clear and professional telephone manner.
• Strong administrative and organisational ability.
• Keen attention to detail.
