New Business Sales Consultant – No Cold Calling – £70k+ OTE

About the role

Accomplish Today is looking for a New Business Sales Consultant to manage the full sales journey with warm, pre‑qualified inbound leads. You will use a consultative, relationship‑led approach to turn interest into long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of warm inbound sales enquiries.
• Build rapport and credibility quickly with prospective clients.
• Run consultative sales conversations that clearly demonstrate value.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Own your own sales pipeline from enquiry through to conversion.
• Work with colleagues to hit individual and team targets.
• Consistently meet and exceed KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and customer service.

Required profile

• Proven success in a telephone‑based sales role (B2B or B2C).
• Strong communication, rapport‑building and objection‑handling skills.
• Confidence to influence, negotiate and close.
• Resilience and a positive, results‑focused mindset.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• No industry‑specific experience required – full training provided.
