New Business Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven New Business Sales Manager to bring an AI‑driven predictive technology platform to market. You will help ambitious brands unlock smarter growth by turning customer data into real‑time insights that boost conversion, increase customer value, and reduce wasted marketing spend.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong new‑business pipeline across ecommerce, retail, agencies and digital‑first brands.
• Identify prospects facing challenges in CRM, retention, conversion, paid media and customer value.
• Conduct discovery calls, demos and presentations that clearly demonstrate commercial value.
• Create ROI‑focused proposals and guide sales cycles from initial contact to close.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and relay market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven new‑business sales experience in martech, ecommerce, CRM, digital performance or retail media.
• Strong understanding of CRM, segmentation, retention, ecommerce performance and paid‑media optimisation.
• Ability to translate AI, predictive modelling and customer scoring into clear commercial benefits for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience selling to CRM, ecommerce, digital, marketing or data teams.
