New Business & Sales Relationships Manager

About the role

Adelphoi Music is looking for a natural networker to join its creative team and help secure the next iconic audio projects across the UK. Working closely with the sales executive, you will be the front‑line contact that builds and nurtures relationships with agencies, TV producers and creative directors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new prospects, establishing Adelphoi as a go‑to music partner for agencies and production teams.
• Meet with clients to understand briefs, translate their vision and pitch suitable tracks.
• Collaborate with the sales executive to win pitches, close deals and ensure projects reach broadcast.
• Assist with social media, marketing ideas and relevant events to raise brand awareness.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building instincts and a genuine passion for music.
• Self‑motivated, driven to see efforts translate into tangible results.
• Background in advertising, TV production, artist management, media sales or similar fields.
• Enthusiastic about how sound shapes brand identity.
