New Car Sales Manager – Birmingham

About the role

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team at the Birmingham Central dealership. You will drive new‑vehicle sales, ensure exceptional customer service and develop your team to achieve business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and maintain all relevant budgetary controls.
• Manage departmental deadlines while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, select and onboard new talent.
• Develop and support the sales team to achieve both individual and business goals.
• Deliver best‑in‑class service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Demonstrable sales experience, preferably in automotive new‑car sales.
• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• Passion for best‑in‑class customer service.
• Ability to develop and grow team members.
