New Car Sales Manager – Birmingham

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic New Car Sales Manager to join our Birmingham Central dealership. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers, driving new‑car sales and contributing to the growth of our brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and returning customers.
• Collaborate with finance, service and marketing teams to ensure a seamless buying experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
