New Car Sales Manager – Citroen & Fiat

About the role

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our Citroen and Fiat sales operations at our Birmingham dealership. Reporting to senior management, you will drive sales performance, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and develop a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and maintain all relevant budgetary controls.
• Manage departmental deadlines and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, select, and onboard new talent.
• Develop and support your team to achieve both individual and business goals.
• Deliver sales targets and contribute to overall dealership profitability.

• Demonstrable experience in new‑car sales management.
• Excellent communication and planning abilities.
