New Car Sales Manager – Citroen & Fiat

About the role

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our Citroen and Fiat sales operations at our Birmingham dealership. You will work closely with the sales team to drive new‑vehicle sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and develop your staff to achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and maintain budgetary controls for the new‑car sales department.
• Manage departmental deadlines and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, select and onboard new sales talent.
• Develop and support the sales team to meet individual and business targets.
• Analyse sales performance data and implement strategies to increase market share.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new‑car sales management, preferably with Citroen or Fiat brands.
• Strong communication and planning abilities.
• Passion for delivering best‑in‑class customer service.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
