New Car Sales Manager – Citroen/Fiat

About the role

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our Citroen and Fiat showroom in Birmingham. You will work closely with the sales team, drive customer satisfaction and develop team members to achieve their targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and maintain budgetary controls and departmental deadlines.
• Recruit, select and onboard new talent, and support the team to meet individual and business goals.
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer service, handling enquiries quickly and ensuring a high‑quality showroom experience.
• Manage sales administration including profit & loss sheets, delivery documentation, stock ordering and financial forecasting.

Required profile

• Demonstrable new‑car sales experience with strong communication and planning abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and developing team members.

Required skills

• Proficiency in sales administration and reporting tools.
• Ability to lead, motivate and conduct regular 1‑on‑1 coaching sessions.
