New Car Sales Manager – Peugeot

About the role

We are looking for an experienced New Car Sales Manager to work alongside our sales team. You will have demonstrable sales experience together with strong communication and planning skills, a passion for best‑in‑class customer service and a desire to develop and grow team members.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and maintain all relevant budgetary controls.
• Manage departmental deadlines and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, select and onboard new talent.
• Develop and support your team to achieve both individual and business goals.
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer service.
• Oversee showroom presentation and handle digital leads promptly.
• Complete profit and loss sheets, delivery documentation and financial forecasts.
• Monitor sales team performance and conduct regular 1‑on‑1s.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new‑car sales management.
• Strong communication and planning abilities.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to recruit, develop and lead a sales team.
