New Homes Manager – Estate Agency

About the role
The New Homes Manager will act as the primary link between developers and Bairstow Eves branches, shaping the new‑homes strategy across East London. Working Monday‑Friday with full autonomy, you will influence pricing, market positioning and sales performance for new‑build properties.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new‑homes instructions and manage pricing strategies.
- Identify market opportunities and advise developers on positioning.
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with developers, housebuilders and internal branches.
- Monitor sales performance and maximise revenue for the agency.
Required profile
- Proven estate‑agency background with experience in listing, valuation or branch leadership.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and develop strategic partnerships.
