New Homes Mortgage Broker (Hybrid, London)

About the role

Join an award‑winning financial services provider as a New Homes Mortgage Broker. You will work within a specialist team that partners directly with developers, investors and prospective purchasers in the new‑build property market.

Key responsibilities

• Attend developer launches, property events and represent the firm on‑site.
• Present mortgage and protection solutions to investors, developers and prospective purchasers.
• Support investor and client open days and drive business development through networking and relationship building.
• Apply expert knowledge of new‑build lending criteria, developer incentives and off‑plan purchase processes.
• Travel to developer sites, including occasional weekend and overseas events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in New Homes / New Build mortgage broking.
• CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Confident presenter comfortable speaking to investors and developers.
• Strong business development and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to travel, including weekends.
