New Homes Mortgage Broker

About the role

We are seeking a New Homes Mortgage Broker to join our award‑winning financial services team. The role sits at the heart of the new‑build property market, working directly with developers, investors and prospective purchasers across the South East.

Key responsibilities

• Attend developer launches, property events and on‑site open days, representing the firm.
• Present mortgage and protection solutions to investors, developers and buyers.
• Drive business development through networking, relationship building and partnership with developers.
• Apply expert knowledge of new‑build lending criteria, developer incentives and off‑plan purchase processes.
• Support investor and client open days and occasional weekend or overseas events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new‑homes or new‑build mortgage broking.
• CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Confident presenter comfortable speaking to investors and developers.
• Strong business development and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to travel, including weekends and occasional overseas trips.
