New Homes Negotiator

About the role

Join a market‑leading property team as a New Homes Negotiator, representing premium new‑build developments across Surrey and South West London. You will work closely with respected developers to sell a range of properties from boutique schemes to high‑end luxury homes.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and close sales of new‑build homes, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, buyers and other stakeholders.
• Present property portfolios to prospective customers and guide them through the buying process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
• Attend occasional Saturday viewings or events as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a residential sales or new homes negotiator.
• Genuine passion for property and delivering excellent customer service.
• Proven track record of winning business and achieving results.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Professional, confident manner with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

• Basic salary £23,000‑£25,000 plus on‑target earnings of £45,000‑£50,000 per year.
