New Homes Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join the sales team for a flagship residential development in Manchester. You will guide prospective buyers through every stage of the purchase journey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from first enquiry to legal completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to legal completion.
• Conduct property viewings and highlight the features and benefits of the development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasers, solicitors and mortgage advisers.
• Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system and sales reporting tools.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure the sales office, marketing suite and show homes are presented to a consistently high standard.

Required profile

• Previous experience in new‑homes sales or residential estate agency sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Professional, confident and approachable manner.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for sales tracking.
