New Homes Sales Consultant – Leatherhead

About the role

As a New Homes Sales Consultant you will help buyers find their perfect home while building relationships with developers, purchasers and colleagues across the Arun Estates network. The role involves supporting development launches, open days and show homes in Leatherhead.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective purchasers from the buyer database and arrange viewings of new home developments.
• Manage enquiries via phone, email and online channels and guide customers through the buying journey.
• Work closely with mortgage advisors and estate agency colleagues.
• Visit developments to become an expert on each site and its properties.
• Support development launches, open days and marketing events.

Required profile

• Passionate about sales and customer service.
• Confident communicator motivated by targets and earning potential.
• Organised, proactive and able to work on own initiative.
• Interest in property and helping people move home.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and appointments.

• Basic salary £27,000‑£30,000 with realistic earnings £40,000‑£45,000 including commission.
