About the role

This is a strategic leadership position to lead and grow a high‑performing New Homes division in Canary Wharf. You will shape the operation, build lasting developer relationships and drive revenue growth across the London new‑homes market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the New Homes sales team to meet ambitious revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with developers, advising on pricing, launch strategy and unit mix.
• Oversee commercial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Analyse market trends, economic conditions and buyer behaviour to inform pricing and sales strategies.
• Recruit, train and mentor sales professionals while developing future leaders.
• Implement robust KPI reporting, performance management and operational best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing successful New Homes sales teams within the property sector.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working with developers and understanding of launch and pricing strategies.
