About the role
We are seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join our PFI and Projects team in Bristol. The role offers the chance to work on high‑profile, nationally significant projects across sectors such as energy, defence, infrastructure and public procurement.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior partners on complex PFI and public‑private partnership matters.
- Provide legal advice on regulatory frameworks, innovative commercial models and major procurement processes.
- Support household‑name clients and contribute to national policy objectives.
- Help shape transformative projects throughout the UK.
Required profile
- Newly qualified solicitor with at least a six‑month seat in Projects.
- Interest in sectors such as energy, defence, infrastructure or public procurement.
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from market‑leading experts.
