Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor – Wiltshire

About the role

We are seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join a respected Private Client team in Wiltshire. This permanent position offers a supportive environment where you will manage your own caseload while receiving mentorship from experienced practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare wills, lasting powers of attorney and provide comprehensive estate‑planning advice.
• Administer probate matters and oversee estate administration for clients.
• Assist with the creation and management of trusts, including tax considerations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, families and elderly clients.
• Deliver exceptional client care and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (NQ) or about to qualify.
• Demonstrated interest in Private Client law.
• Excellent communication, organised and proactive approach.
• Academic record with relevant training seats preferred.
• Team‑oriented mindset and commitment to professional development.

Required skills

• Knowledge of wills, probate, trusts and tax legislation.
• Ability to manage client relationships and caseload independently.
