Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor – Exeter

About the role

We are seeking a newly qualified Property Litigation Solicitor to join our Exeter team. You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on high‑value, complex property disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an independent caseload with minimal supervision.
• Assist senior lawyers on complex, high‑value property litigation matters.
• Represent individuals and businesses across a range of contentious property issues.
• Handle commercial lease renewals, residential landlord‑tenant disputes, possession claims, enforcement actions, Section 214 Housing Act claims, disrepair disputes, HMO tenancy issues, and boundary disputes.

Required profile

• Minimum six months experience in property litigation law.
• Solid working knowledge of relevant legislation and court procedures.
• Confidence in pre‑action protocols, court claims, interim applications, and advocacy.
• Strong client‑care focus, commercial awareness, and the ability to work proactively and collaboratively.
