Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking a newly qualified Property Litigation Solicitor to join our growing Exeter office. You will work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers on a variety of high‑quality property disputes, gaining exposure to a diverse client base and developing expertise across contentious property matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior team members on commercial landlord and tenant disputes, Building Safety Act matters, and rights of way cases.
• Handle easements, boundary and adverse possession disputes, as well as residential and commercial service charge claims.
• Work on property insolvency and secured recovery matters, developing your own caseload with guidance.
• Provide advice to commercial developers, national housebuilders, investors, lenders, corporate occupiers and local authorities.

Required profile

• Newly qualified solicitor with exposure to both commercial and residential property disputes.
• Proactive, enthusiastic about learning and professional development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong organisational abilities, commercial awareness and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of matters.
