Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor

About the role

Harrison-Drury is seeking a Newly Qualified solicitor with commercial property litigation experience to join its Land and Property Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, support senior fee earners and contribute to the team’s development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage property litigation matters under appropriate supervision.
• Draft correspondence, court documents and other legal paperwork.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel and court officials.
• Support senior solicitors and assist in business development activities.

Required profile

• Newly Qualified solicitor with some commercial property litigation experience.
• Ambitious, driven and able to work independently on a caseload.
• Willing to develop a specialist career in property litigation.
• Committed to continuous learning and team collaboration.

Required skills

• Commercial property litigation experience.
• Knowledge of landlord‑tenant disputes, real estate litigation and property contract claims.
• Ability to draft court documents and legal correspondence.
• Case management and client relationship skills.
