Newly Qualified Residential Property Solicitor – Woking

About the role

We are a small, friendly legal team based in Woking, specialising in residential property conveyancing. This full‑time position is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor looking to develop a career in residential property law while enjoying a supportive, work‑life balanced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Draft contracts, transfer documents and other legal paperwork.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and fellow solicitors.
• Handle a mixed caseload of purchases and sales, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide clear, timely communication and excellent client service throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• Newly qualified solicitor (NQ) with a Cilex qualification.
• Experience in residential conveyancing gained through training or post‑qualification work.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, client‑focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
