About the role
You've gained your QTS and are ready to start your first classroom. Aspire People is recruiting newly qualified teachers and early career teachers for a range of placements starting September 2026, from daily supply to long‑term positions across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lessons to primary pupils in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 settings.
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit short‑term, part‑time or full‑time placements.
- Manage classroom behaviour and support pupil progress.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or evidence of pending QTS.
- Completion of primary teacher training.
- Passion for working with children and a reflective approach.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to professional development.
