About the role
We are seeking newly qualified teachers to join a network of primary schools across the West Midlands. This temporary, full‑time position offers the chance to gain experience in a supportive environment before committing to a permanent role.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the national curriculum to primary pupils across various year groups.
- Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with school policies.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with senior staff and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism.
- Reliability and commitment to safeguarding children.

- Classroom management.

- Assessment and feedback.
