Night Ambassador – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

Join citizenM as a Night Ambassador, delivering exceptional guest experiences during the overnight shift. You will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, assists with self‑check‑in, and ensures a comfortable stay while the hotel is quiet.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them through self‑check‑in kiosks.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, coffee, and signature cocktails.
• Act as a concierge, providing local recommendations and answering guest queries.
• Maintain the living room and canteen areas, arranging food displays for the next shift.
• Handle reservations and perform the nightly audit using the property management system.
• Manage keys and oversee all hotel operations during the night.
• Respond to guest requests and emergencies promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with a property management system (PMS) and night audit procedures.
