About the role
The Night Assistant will help keep Riverside Group’s property safe and well‑maintained during night hours. Working on a 3‑nights‑on, 3‑nights‑off roster, you will support customers and ensure the building’s security, fire safety and cleanliness.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor security, fire alarm and telephone systems.
- Perform regular safety checks of the property and report any repairs or maintenance issues.
- Clean communal areas and rooms as required.
- Provide a high level of customer service to residents using the service.
Required profile
- Experience working with vulnerable client groups.
- Ability to work alone during night shifts.
- Willingness to learn Riverside‑specific IT systems and complete related training.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
