Night Care Assistant (Bank Shift)

About the role
As a Night Care Assistant you will help residents enjoy their evenings by providing high‑quality personal care and companionship during the night shift. You will support daily living activities, follow individual care plans and ensure each resident feels safe and valued. This role offers a rewarding environment where every night brings new opportunities to make a positive difference.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with food and drink throughout the night.
- Support daily living tasks in line with each resident’s care plan.
- Provide one‑to‑one time and companionship to promote wellbeing.
- Maintain a safe, comfortable environment for all residents.
- Record observations and report any changes in resident condition.
Required profile
- Previous experience caring for older people.
- Can‑do attitude and willingness to work night hours.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Empathy, warmth and a compassionate approach.
- Commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.
