Night Care Assistant

About the role
Join Hallmark Luxury Care Homes as a Night Care Assistant and help residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and dignified night experience. You will work on the night shift, providing personal care and support while fostering a warm, welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personal care such as dressing, bathing, and assistance with meals during night hours.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all residents.
- Communicate clearly with residents, their families, and the care team.
- Encourage independence and support residents in living fulfilling lives.
Required profile
- Compassionate and dedicated attitude towards caring for older adults.
- Willingness to work night shifts on a full‑time basis.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous but not mandatory.
